A 5.10" by 4.52", self-adhesive microfiber suede patch for replacing the suede on an outside 5cm adjustable sweep grip. For use on Skinny and Ultralight sweeps that feature the Length Adjustment system. The suede patch is meant to be applied directly to the bare core: it will not fit over and is not compatible with a 5 cm adjustable core that has a grip installed on it. This is a box of 50 patches.
